Resale Market Continues to Slow as Buyers Remain Watchful

There were 1,080 residential properties sold in September compared with 1,601 in September 2021, a decrease of 33%. Of those sales, 816 were in the residential-property class and 264 in the condominium-property category, a decrease of 34% and 27% respectively from September 2021. Buyer Uncertainty Slows Down August Resales - August OREB News

Of those sales, 850 were in the residential-property class, and 287 in the condominium-property category, a decrease of 27% and 28% respectively from August 2021.
