TrinityStone Realty is looking for Realtors® or Real Estate Teams to join our brokerage – BUT NOT JUST ANY REALTORS®!

Position Requirements:

  • Hold an active Realtor licence®, and is in good standing
  • Has a proven track record of success in real estate sales
  • Has ability to understand and use technology related to real estate
  • Are driven to succeed, and who are, or want to be a ‘Top Producer’
  • Strong negotiation skills when acting on behalf of your clients
  • Understand that leads need to be responded to promptly
  • Want to be an independent Realtor®, and can stand on your own
  • Hold the highest level of professionalism and client care in their real estate career
  • Are willing to listen, learn, ask questions, and attend regular training
  • Contribute by bringing forth new ideas to brokerage management
  • Are able to work through daily real estate challenges, and obstacles
  • Have strong ethical practices
  • Believe in collaboration with other brokerage Realtors®
  • Understand the value of networking with other professionals through network groups, brokerage events, and other means
  • Maintains market awareness by staying updated about local real estate market trends, property values, and comparable sales

Salary:

$80,000.00-$400,000.00 per year
